We need to come out of 80% import dependency in medical devices : Dr. G.S.K. Velu

China started motivating local manufacturing almost 20-30 years back. So it is time for us to really incentivize, motivate local manufacturing and make this devices industry come out of import clutches over the next 5 to 10 years.
