The Vaccination Drive with Co-WIN - Journey So Far with R S Sharma, CEO, NHA, Government of India
Co-WIN platform has continued to develop as more user-friendly, scalable, and it is working quite well now. In order to ease access to the app for the digitally disadvantaged, particularly in rural areas, we have multiple other steps like -- walk-in vaccination and we have 250,000 common service centers out of 600,000 villages that assist in vaccine registration. There are also call centres with helpline number 1075 that help in vaccine registrations and bookings. We are also putting Co-WIN web pages in multiple languages in few days similar to the Arogya Setu app. We are continuously trying to make the Co-WIN app inclusive for both physical as well as digital appointments.
