Blaming the present system of permanent headship in premier health institutes like AIIMS and PGI for “lack of democratic decision-making; unfair distribution of work; harassment of junior faculty members; and exodus of talented faculty, the faculty associations of the two institutes have demanded immediate implementation of rotatory headship system.
