IIT Kanpur researchers unveil atomic structure of CXCR2, advancing cancer and respiratory disease research

Using cryogenic-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), the research team has mapped the structure of CXCR2, revealing how it interacts with various chemokines. These findings could serve as a foundation for designing new therapeutic molecules aimed at inhibiting its function in disease progression.
