Kolkata RG Kar doctor death: Health dept suspends 2 docs from 'North Bengal lobby'

​The axe fell on doctors Avik De and Birupaksha Biswas who are in the eye of a storm in medical colleges across the state. On Thursday, the state health department suspended them, a move which many in the medical fraternity felt should have been taken earlier. But better late than never, they said on Thursday.
