Doctors come closer to cut inmates’ visits to hospitals

To curtail the movement of inmates to various hospitals, visits of specialist doctors to prisons has been increased, jail authorities have said. A letter seeking more doctors had been sent to Delhi government in March, they added. Currently, 12 specialists are visiting the three prison complexs in the city.
