Delhi: Air a tad better, but odd-even to kick in

After three years, the capital is all set to keep its date with the third edition of the odd-even road-rationing scheme. Between November 4 and 15, cars with odd and even number plates will ply on alternate days. While odd-numbered vehicles will be allowed on Delhi roads on odd dates, even-numbered vehicles will be allowed on even dates.
