Delhi's air quality plummets to 'very poor' category; smog engulfs national capital

On Monday, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) implemented the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP-II) after the overall AQI dropped to 'very poor.' The daily average AQI recorded was 310, according to the CPCB's daily AQI Bulletin.
