Newborn dies during surgery, 5 docs booked for negligence

Vishal Bajpayi, 39, a resident of Teerth locality in Gola town, said his wife, Nancy Bajpayi, was taken to ‘Jaya Hospital' on Dec 23 last year. The doctors initially told him that the delivery will be natural but after a few hours, she was advised to undergo a ceasarean operation, without the doctors conducting any medical tests or giving a diagnosis, he alleged.
