The House passed by voice vote the resolution directing chief secretary Naresh Kumar to urgently resolve the issues within a week. Kumar was also instructed to submit a report on the steps taken to the Health minister within a week.

The Delhi High Court denied a plea on Thursday that sought a court-monitored investigation into claims that mohalla clinics established by the AAP government in the nation's capital were conducting phoney laboratory tests. Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Manmeet PS Arora's bench declined to consider the application, stating that the CBI has already been tasked with handling the case, hence no ruling from the court is required.
