Justice Vivek Rusia ordered: “The promotion order dated April 1, 2016, is hereby set aside. Resultantly, the promotion of respondent no.4 (Dr Arvind Ghanghoriya) to the post of professor on the recommendation of DPC dated March 29, 2016, is hereby quashed.”
