RG Kar issue: Junior doctors fast-unto-death enters 13th day

In Kolkata, junior doctors stage a fast-unto-death for 13 days demanding justice for a deceased colleague and better workplace security. They seek the removal of the state Health Secretary, a centralised referral system, increased police protection, and filling of vacant positions in hospitals. Six fasting doctors have been hospitalised.
