Mumbai: HIV positive report given sans counselling drives father of 2 to despair

A 51-year-old man from central Mumbai has accused a private diagnostic chain of causing him immense mental agony by delivering an HIV-positive report by email. As the father of two daughters, the news that arrived without any counselling, as mandated by law, overwhelmed him with panic and pushed him to the brink of self-harm.
