Bareilly: Health dept asks pvt hospitals to be more empathetic to Ayushman patients

Matlaoov Hussain, 59, who had fever, died on September 25 after four hospitals refused to admit him citing various reasons allegedly after he showed his Ayushman Bharat card. The health department had later ordered an inquiry into the incident.
