Bombay HC grants temporary relief to HUL in case against Abbott Ads

The court observed that HUL has made out a strong prima facie case for the grant of ad-interim relief in its petition, alleging that some advertisements for Abbot’s Ensure Diabetes Care in India shared through WhatsApp to doctors and pharmacies portray Horlicks Diabetes Plus in a negative light.
