Global MedTech Market attracts Zydus Interest; Company acquires French Device Maker for $326 million

Zydus is set to acquire France-based orthopedic device maker Amplitude Surgical for up to €300 million (around $326 million). Initially, the company will pay €256.8 million to acquire 85.6 per cent of the outstanding shares and voting rights of the company.
