Amrita Hospital announces free care worth 65 crore

The hospital, which is annually giving free treatment worth Rs 40 crore to patients from economically weak background, has further committed additional Rs 25 crore for free treatment till May 2024. The medical services planned to be covered under the initiative include paediatric cardiology, renal transplant, knee replacement, bone marrow transplant, paediatric liver transplant and fibroscan.
