Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH) doctors perform critical surgery, remove air gun pellet from worker’s thigh

During the critical surgery, the injured blood vessel was successfully repaired, and the pellet was carefully retrieved from the deeper part of the thigh. "The pellet had adhered to a major blood vessel and was meticulously removed by the surgeons. If it had pierced the main vessel, there was a high chance the patient would have died before reaching the hospital," she said. Senthilkumar is expected to be discharged on Saturday.
