Bring encephalitis fatality to less than 2%: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath to officials

Even as encephalitis deaths in the state have recorded a decline of 90% in the last five years, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed health officials to work harder and bring down the death rate to less than 2%.
