Salmonella outbreak leads to egg recall, CDC issues statement: Check affected states

As of the latest update, 65 people across nine states have been infected with salmonella, with illnesses reported from May 23 to August 10. The states affected include California, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Among the infected, 24 people have been hospitalized, though no deaths have been reported.
