HIV cases up as drug usage rises

Though the numbers may appear small for the common man, it has definitely raised an alarm in health circles, especially amongst those dealing with HIV/AIDS. The reason is that HIV infection due to IDU was fast reducing in the last few years. But now it has emerged due to the rise in drug users.
