State to set up help desks in primary health centres

Dr Selvavinayagam has asked district health officials to set up a "May I Help You" counter in all health centres. These centres must be managed by friendly, trained staff or volunteers familiar with the services and procedures. They will provide information booklets on services and the prevention and management of common ailments.
