Uterus scam: Bihar government to recover Rs 3.51 crore from doctors

The rights panel in April this year directed the state government to pay Rs 18 crore as compensation at the rate of Rs 2.5 lakh each to the victims in the age group of 20-40 years and Rs 1.5 lakh each to the others.
