Recruitment process at BMHRC: High court summons ICMR

While hearing the PIL and the contempt case clubbed together, the bench of Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice D D Bansal on Thursday expressed anger over the delay in appointment of doctors in BMHRC and summoned the ICMR chairman to court in the next hearing to explain why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against him.
