Ayushman card holder’s death: CMO serves notice to four private hospitals for rejecting 59-year-old patient

The health department on Friday has served notice to four private hospitals which had allegedly denied admission to a 59-year-old man after his family had showed Ayushman card. The man died on Wednesday, when his family had left the fourth hospital after failing to get him admitted under the scheme.
