He said, "Out of 7,233 sanctioned posts in the Ayurveda department, 4,208 are currently filled, leaving 3,025 vacancies. The Unani department has 161 vacancies out of 462 posts, while homoeopathy faces 1,164 vacancies from 3,818 sanctioned positions.
