‘Lapses’ in med care: SHRC seeks report

The State Human Rights commission (SHRC) has ordered a probe into the complaint that a girl, who had her fingers bruised after being jammed between the doors, was left to wait without food for 36 hours as the surgery was reportedly delayed by the doctors concerned.
