Awaiting Centre's fund share to clear docs' salaries: Maharashtra health minister Prakash Abitkar
Under the programme, children till the age of 18 will be checked for birth defects, diseases, deficiencies and development delays for early detection and free treatment, including surgeries at tertiary level. While the programme has been in place since 2013, its formal inauguration was held in the city on a grand scale in the presence of deputy CM Ajit Pawar and Abitkar.
