Guwahati: In response to the rape-murder incident in Kolkata, Assam's Silchar Medical College Hospital (SMCH) has issued an advisory that has sparked row for its allegedly misogynistic undertones. The advisory urges female doctors, staff, and healthcare workers to avoid situations where they are alone and refrain from venturing outside the campus during "odd hours".
