All Delhi govt staff to undergo health tests
According to a government official, lieutenant governor Anil Baijal has accorded approval to the directive, which will be applicable for employees aged 40 years and above.
According to a government official, lieutenant governor Anil Baijal has accorded approval to the directive, which will be applicable for employees aged 40 years and above.
“In the current year (2019-20) of the introduction of the scheme, the administrative department concerned shall ensure that the requisite annual health check-up in respect of all government employee aged 40 years and above in their respective department is completed by March 31, 2020,” the memorandum stated.
As per the directive, employees can get the check-up done at private as well as government hospitals. “In case the check-up is already done, a reimbursement of Rs 2,000 for men and Rs 2,200 for women shall be given,” the official said.
