Zenex Animal Health (“Zenex”) acquires Ayurvet
Advancing its journey of consolidation as a comprehensive animal health solutions company. Ayurvet complements Zenex's current skills with a plethora of R&D and new product capabilities, a strong brand portfolio, complementary geographic access, and a fully built-out management and sales team. Ayurvet has established competence in ayurveda and herbal goods.
With this calculated step, Zenex will be able to improve the quality of its worldwide animal health portfolio and expand its product line by introducing herbals. The acquisition of Ayurvet demonstrates Zenex's goal to offer complete and all-encompassing solutions in the animal health sector in order to satisfy the changing demands of its clients in India and elsewhere.
