HC restrains Cipla from using 'Gluco-C' or 'Gluco-D' trademarks

However, Cipla opposed the grant of any injunction, saying the registrations granted to Zydus for the marks GLUCON-C and GLUCON-D were invalid and were liable to be removed from Register of Trademarks.
