Representative imageKolkata, December 5, 2020: Sodexo India, today, introduced – Sodexo Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), a mobile-app based service which will provide maintenance services for biomedical equipments and its life cycle management in partnership with AHPI. The service is aimed at offering relief to the overburdened small and medium healthcare facilities, diagnostic centres and laboratories, which are heavily dependent on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for asset management services in the absence of a dedicated in-house team of professionals. Sodexo HTM makes available professional technical help at an affordable price within a response time of 24 hours. Launched in phase 1 in West Bengal, the expansion plan includes other regions like Northeast, Orissa, and rest of India by the end of next fiscal year. “ The service is indeed a welcome move for the healthcare industry”, remarked Dr. Saumitra Bharadwaj, President of AHPI (West Bengal chapter). “There is a dire need for a professional medical equipment maintenance service provider that will match the pace and quality along with costs to help the small and medium healthcare facilities run effortlessly while providing the best-in-class services with latest medical equipments to their customers.
