Workshop on bone marrow pathology begins at IMS, BHU

Varanasi: A two-day conference and workshop on Bone Marrow Pathology-MARROWCON, organised by the department of Pathology, Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU started at the Trauma Centre Complex on Thursday. President of Indian Journal of Hematology and Blood Transfusion , Prof H Pati said that one should not ignore anaemia because it may be a sign of blood cancer.
The event was addressed by the former HoD of Pathology, Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, Prof Tejinder Singh, Prof Debdatta Basu from Puducherry, Prof Seema Sharma, from SGPGI, Lucknow, Dr Gurmeet Singh from JLN Medical College, Bhilai and Dr. Neha Singh, Homi Bhabha Cancer Institute, Varanasi. tnn
