Panaji: Toll-free health helpline 104 launched

An initiative of the directorate of health services (DHS), the helpline will enable the public to redress queries pertaining to health services offered by the government.

PANAJI: Health minister Vishwajit Rane, on Friday, launched a dedicated toll-free health helpline number ‘104’.

An initiative of the directorate of health services (DHS), the helpline will enable the public to redress queries pertaining to health services offered by the government.

The 24x7 call centre will provide all information regarding schemes and blood blanks. Apart from this, it will also handle public grievances issues such as patient healthcare, medical equipment at district hospital and other health centres attached to DHS.
