B.Tech in Biomedical
B. Tech in Biomedical Engineering is a four-year undergraduate programme that can be pursued by candidates who passed 12th or any equivalent degree in the Science stream.
This course offers various career opportunities including Biomedical Technician, Biomedical Engineer, and Biochemist.
Bachelor of Pharmacy
A Bachelor of Pharmacy is a graduate academic course in the field of pharmacy. In many countries, candidates need to possess this degree for registration to practice as a pharmacist. In this programme, students study the methods and process of developing drugs and learn how the dispensing of medicine and drugs takes place.
This course opens a platform for candidates to join the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, herbal industry, or a clinical research organization (CRO) in various departments such as production, quality control, R&D and marketing, etc.
B A in Psychology
A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is a three-year-long undergraduate degree programme. Unlike other medical courses, candidates from Arts and Commerce streams also can pursue this course. BA in Psychology offers opportunities in various fields such as criminal justice, counselling, and social work.
B.Sc in Nutrition
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition is a three-year-long undergraduate degree programme that focuses on various aspects of diet and its nutritional value. The course converges the study of the national value in food products consumed by human beings. A graduate in B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics can pursue a career as a dietician in hospitals and Nutritionists in health clinics, health centers, and MNCs.
Candidates should note that the Maharashtra government consider NEET score for admission to the various courses including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B. PTh.), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B. OTh.), Bachelor of Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP), Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BP & O), and B.Sc. Nursing.
The information available in the NEET 2020 notification reads “As per Government of Maharashtra, apart from MBBS/BDS, the NEET (UG) 2020 score shall also be considered for admissions to following UG Courses in State of Maharashtra in accordance with the notifications/rules issued by the State of Maharashtra — BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B. PTh.), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B. OTh.), Bachelor of Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP), Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics (BP & O), and B.Sc. Nursing."
Along with the above-mentioned courses, students can also pursue the following courses without qualifying for the NEET exam. The duration of the undergraduate programmes provided below can vary from one to other.
