MaxiVision & Aswini Netralayam announce Joint Venture
MaxiVision & Aswini Netralayam, announce Joint Venture to create premier eye care chain in Guntur & Prakasam Districts. JV will establish Super Specialty Comprehensive eye care Hospitals in the region.
Aswini Netralayam, under the leadership of Dr.Ramalinga Reddy, is one of the largest eye care service providers in Narsaraopet, with Super Speciality technology, and specialists. Aswini Netralayam is one of the best eye hospitals to have NABH accreditation amongst eye care players in the region.
The new JV merged with Maxivision Super Specialty Eye Hospitals, will be known as MAXIVISION DR RAMALINGA REDDY EYE HOSPITALS, and will commence operations from December 2021.
This dynamic growth model of practice development in the joint venture will be the 2nd unique model of Maxivision Group, to expand in Joint Venture and Joint Brand, with renowned surgeons of every potential town. 2019 October Maxivision entered into a pilot model of Joint Venture with 25-year-old reputed eye care practice of Dr.Sarath Babu Chilukuri as Sharat Maxivision Eye Hospitals and has spread across Telangana with 7 eye care centers as of 2021. JV model is to build and supplement the practices of locally established reputed doctors by enhancing and upgrading the technology, adding efficient and professional management and clinical expertise, improving patient care processes, and leveraging the Maxivision brand synergizing with a local brand. The hospital of Dr.Ramalinga Reddy, who was practicing for the last 35 years, will now expand with joint venture brand MAXIVISION DR.AAV RAMALINGA REDDY, to Macherla, and Guntur from December 2021, and to other potential towns of Prakasam Districts post-April 2022.
Speaking on the Occasion Dr.GSK Velu - Chairman, MaxiVision Super Speciality Eye hospitals group said, with these new Joint ventures MaxiVision has emerged as an undisputed leader in the eye care sector in both the Telugu states i.e Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, and aims high to be the second-largest eye care services provider in India by 2022. We are happy to forge an alliance with Aswini Netralayam Dr.AAV Ramalinga Reddy, a leading eye care practitioner, in the district of Guntur, and joined hands to this enterprise. We target MaxiVision to be the second-largest eye care chain in India, with around 100 hospitals, with 600 crores top line, over 400 doctors, and super specialists.
Speaking on the Occasion, Dr.AAV Ramalinga Reddy Managing Director, Aswini Netralayam added “ I have been always carrying a vision in my mind to grow my practice to tier 2 and Tier 3 potential towns of Andhra Pradesh, from where a lot of patients travel to my hospital in Narasaraopet. After the bifurcation of the state, and emerging new towns, and populations, the need for eye care is growing ominously, in all pockets of these two states. Watching MaxiVision grow its own as an undisputed leader, in Telangana and AP, I decided to partner with them, forge energies and grow together with a network of super specialty eye care providers.
