JCI awards Enterprise Accreditation in India to Narayana Health

Bengaluru: Joint Commission International (JCI) has awarded its first Enterprise Accreditation in India to Narayana Health. JCI has independently accredited eight Narayana Health hospitals, as well as enterprise accreditation for the group. A common governance structure, standardisation in policies and procedures across facilities, and consistent excellence in patient care across the organisation qualified Narayana Health for enterprise-level accreditation.

A focused four-member global surveyor team rigorously evaluated each of the eight hospital units, meticulously evaluating over 1200 parameters. Furthermore, comprehensive group-level evaluations and audits have been carried out to ensure compliance with JCI Enterprise standards in governance and leadership, human resource coordination, quality performance improvement, and system alignment.
