India sees decline in COVID-19 cases; active caseload at 11,393

New Delhi: India is seeing a decline in COVID-19 cases. The country reported 2,661 active COVID cases in the last twenty-four hours. The daily positivity rate stands at 0.78 per cent while the weekly positivity slowed down to 0.97 per cent.

The country is witnessing a decline in COVID cases. The active cases in the country are currently 11,393.

Meanwhile, the recovery rate is currently 98.79 per cent, and 2,661 recoveries have been made in the past 24 hours, which increases total recoveries to 4,44,39,965.

However, 883 vaccination doses have been administered within the last 24 hours, whereas 220.66 crore total vaccinations have been administered so far, according to the Union Health Ministry.

A total of 92.89 crore COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far, including 1,31,172 tests in the last 24 hours.
