Global Covid-19 caseload tops 130mn mark

The US is the worst-hit country with the world's highest number of cases and deaths at 30,606,649 and 554,069, respectively, according to the CSSE.
Brazil follows in the second place with 12,910,082 cases and 328,206 fatalities.
The other countries with more than two million confirmed coronavirus cases are India (12,303,131), France (4,802,457), Russia (4,511,973), the UK (4,367,956), Italy (3,629,000), Turkey (3,400,296), Spain (3,291,394), Germany (2,871,724), Colombia (2,428,048), Poland (2,387,511), Argentina (2,373,153) and Mexico (2,244,268), the CSSE figures showed.
In terms of deaths, Mexico comes in the third place with 203,664 fatalities.
Nations with a death toll of over 50,000 are India (163,396), the UK (127,058), Italy (110,328), Russia (97,986), France (96,438), Germany (76,871), Spain (75,541), Colombia (63,777), Iran (62,876), Argentina (56,023), Poland (54,165), South Africa (52,946) and Peru (52,161).
