Garware Fulflex India acquires Avcor Healthcare Products Inc

Mumbai: Garware Fulflex India Private Limited announced the acquisition of Avcor Healthcare Products Inc, a manufacturer and marketer of premium compression dressings, thermal compression & cohesive compression bandages, tourniquet straps, and IV aids for both institutional and consumer/retail healthcare markets.

As part of the asset purchase agreement, Garware Fulflex integrated Avcor Healthcare Products Inc into its global portfolio, serving both existing and new customers with a wider range of medical consumable products.
