Police went to AIIMS and caught a man, named Nitish Kumar.

"The MP's brother, who was with thecops, confirmed that this person did not work in their office, nor was the letterhead issued by them. The signature of the MP also did not match," a police source said.

Kumar was taken to the police station for questioning, where he claimed to have been engaged in this illegal activity for the past few months. He further stated that he was known to ministers and familiar with the process.
