Fortis partners with RED Health to strengthen Emergency Response Services in Delhi-NCR

New Delhi: Fortis Healthcare announced its collaboration with RED Health with the aims to provide comprehensive emergency services in minimal response time, reducing trauma and fatalities during medical crises. This partnership will be implemented across seven branches of Fortis Hospitals in Delhi/NCR.

As part of the collaboration, RED Health will deploy ten dedicated GPS-enabled Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances and also support patient logistics with an independent fleet of 30+ vehicles in NCR, ensuring that ambulances reach patients with an approximate time-period of 10 to 30 minutes across Delhi/NCR.

Ambulances can be booked through the Fortis Centralised Ambulance Service no 9009001050. The estimated time for ambulance allocation is 2 to 5 minutes post the distress call and will reach patients within 10 to 30 minutes. Additionally, a concierge will be available at each hospital for better coordination between the patient and the ambulance.
