Later, sources in the commission said the commission asked Muralidharan about the five-member medical committee formed by the government to take care of the treatment given to Jayalalithaa.
The doctors worked under Muralidharan was asked if they had submitted any reports to him, the sources said. Dr Murali told the commission that no such reports were given to him.
A source also said 302 complaints filed with the Teynampet police station asking for an investigation in Jayalalithaa's death were transferred to the commission recently.
"Majority of the complaints have similar content, but they are signed by different people, many of whom might be party workers," the source said.
Apart from this, the commission has received 120 complaints and 28 written affidavits so far.
