Discrepancies found at blood bank, legal action to follow

The DM inspected record books of M/s Swastik Charitable Blood Bank and found that the details eight blood donors could not be verified.
Information regarding appointment of medical officer, technical supervisor, technician and nurse of the blood bank was not shared with the Food Safety and Drug Administration (FSDA). He found 72 empty blood bags against the register stock of 80. Gangwar directed that Google spreadsheet should be used to display availability of blood units. The DM instructed officials to initiate legal action and sent the original copy of the inspection report to the Drug Licensing and Controlling Authority & FSDA. tnn
