Country's biggest Biotech annual event from February 9-11
The Top Guns Talks is a Session where keynote address is delivered by the Global Leaders from Science & Industry sharing their Vision.
The event's theme is "Crystalizing India's Biotech Future" and will be organised by the Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology.
This 15th edition brings new features like Top Guns Talks, Young Guns Roundtable, a Secretaries Conclave and a Global Biotech Conclave, Minister for IT and BT S R Patil said.
Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Chairperson, Karnataka's Vision Group on Biotechnology and CMD - Biocon Ltd, and Srivatsa Krishna, Secretary, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science and Technology, were present at the announcement.
"Bangalore INDIA BIO 2015" will consist of Multi-Track Conferences, International Tradeshow, Distinguished Lectures and Talks, InterlinX BioPartnering, Bio Excellence Awards, BioQuiz and other networking events, a statement said.

The Young Guns Roundtable is aimed at bringing together all the rising stars of the biotech fraternity to discuss on "Going Beyond the Start-up with effective Scaling Strategies," it said.
The Secretaries Conclave has been designed to bring together all the senior bureaucrats from across the industries and states to strategise on "Aligning Policies for Building a Biotech Nation."
Global Biotech Conclave will be a high powered panel discussion themed "Crystal Ball Predictions" wherein Global Experts will deliberate on India's Future as a Biotech Nation, it said.
The Event is expected to have 25 Conference Sessions, about 100 Exhibitors and will see 3,000 plus Business visitors. International representation is expected from nearly 20 countries including EU, States of USA such as Georgia, Delaware and Pennsylvania, France, Australia, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and other South East Asian Countries, the statement said.
