Wockhardt Hospitals, Mira Road launches dedicated mother and child care unit

Mumbai: Wockhardt Hospitals, Mira Road launched a dedicated mother and child care unit called 'Mama Care'. The unit aims to provide end-to-end care and treatment for healthy pregnancy, neonatal and paediatrics care. They have a highly experienced and qualified team of gynaecologists and obstetrics as well as paediatricians to provide care during prenatal and postnatal care. They also provide newborn care with vaccination services and paediatric emergency care.

Dr Pankaj Dhamija, Center Head, Wockhardt Hospitals, Mira Road said, “The objective of this programme is to provide holistic and comprehensive mother and child care under one roof. Couples are more conscious and want to understand a lot of things from the starting phase of pre-pregnancy to delivery, surgery and post-delivery vaccinations.
