Telangana: Network hospitals resume Aarogyasri services
While previously members of TANHA had withheld outpatient services from November 18, the substantial impact was felt in rural areas on Saturday with the withdrawal of in-patient services affecting admissions and surgeries.
Later TANHA in an official statement to Aarogyasri authorities said that the boycott has been lifted with immediate effect. "keeping in view the promise of release of Rs 150 crore now and streamlining the release of further dues in course of the time by a month and in the good interest of all the beneficiaries under Aarogyasri, Employee Health Scheme (EHS), we promise to call off withholding of service with immediate effect."
