Private Equity firm InvAscent to invest ₹140 cr in SRV hospitals

The hospital chain, which currently operates five hospitals across the western belt, is looking to utilise these funds to further expand its multispecialty care business.

Mumbai: Hospital chain SRV Hospitals has raised ₹140 crore from Hyderabad-based private equity investors InvAscent to support its multispecialty, critical care-focused healthcare model.

SRV Hospitals currently operates five advanced tertiary care hospitals across Mumbai, Nashik, and Bengaluru, with a combined capacity of more than 500 beds.

With this partnership, SRV will accelerate its presence, invest in cutting-edge technology, and further strengthen its footprint, the hospital said.

“This investment from InvAscent is a strategic alignment of purpose and will strengthen our core and extend our impact,” said Dr. Abhay Vispute, Director, SRV Hospitals.
