The private facilities however opted otherwise forcing health authorities to issue another notice on August 6.
The fire NOC, electricity audit and building permission of hospitals again came to light as around eight persons were killed in a hospital in Jabalpur fire incident.
The state authorities swung into action for damage control with district authorities issuing notices, cancelling permission.
Interestingly, the health authorities of the district aren't aware about details of hospitals requiring fire safety NOC.
Last year in November, around 128 private hospitals were audited for fire safety measures and over 100 were found lacking facilities.
In district, around 25 hospitals will require renewal of registeration implying at present those have fire NOC.
